Membership in HWC is open to women who have a residence in, or definite affiliation with Hopkinton, Massachusetts.

Our club year runs from September to June. We do not hold meetings or events in July and August. Our fiscal year runs from April to the following March.

Our membership is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, and have a larger impact upon our community. We welcome new members all through the year, so please inquire today about how you can become a part of our growing group.

Meetings

Hopkinton Women’s Club Executive Board meets at 9:30 am the first Monday of each month.

HWC General Member Meetings are held the second Monday of the month at 9:30am at the Hopkinton Public Library.  A hybrid option through Google Meet is available. A special program will follow the business meeting.  Some meetings may take place in the evening.

All members are encouraged to attend every club meeting.  Attendance is a service to your club and an inspiration to your officers.

Members are encouraged to bring guests to meetings.

Volunteer

Members should volunteer on at least one HWC committee but are welcome on many. Becoming a committee chair is encouraged.

Dues

The annual dues are $40.00 payable at or before the annual meeting in April. Any member who joins between January 1 and March 31 shall pay one-half the amount of the annual dues. Payment by June assures inclusion in the handbook.

 

For Renewing Members Only – Annual Membership Fee Payment

For our existing members only you may submit your annual membership fee through the below PayPal link. Membership costs $40 and the PayPal fee will be added to the cost if this method of payment is selected. Members can also renew by mailing a $40 check to the Hopkinton Women’s Club PO Box.
