Monthly Programs:
October 19, 2026 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm, Hopkinton Public Library – “Strong for Life: Muscle, Movement and Nutrition for Healthy Aging” will be presented by Jamie Grill, PT, and owner of Mint Condition Physical Therapy and Jina Klapsich, Certified Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner and Founder of Empower Weight Loss and Lifestyle Coaching. This presentation focuses on practical strategies to help adults stay strong, active and independent as they age. Together these women will combine their expertise in physical therapy and nutrition to discuss the important role of strength, movement and healthy eating in maintaining long-term health and function.
November 9, 2026 11 am -12 pm, Hopkinton Public Library – Video about the Lisnow Center followed by a visit to the Michael Lisnow Respite Center.
November 20 & 21, 2026 (supplemental event, sponsored by Hopkinton Historical Society) – The Hopkinton Historical Society has invited everyone to come to the Primarily Potters Show and Sale featuring seven exhibiting artists. The exhibit will be held at 168 Hayden Rowe Street in Hopkinton on Friday, November 20th from 10am-7pm and Saturday, November 21st from 10am-6pm.

November 12, 2026 – Southborough Gardeners November Guest Day, Pilgrim Church Fellowship Hall in Southborough. The event starts at 10am. Please purchase your $15 tickets in advance by going online at www.southboroughgardeners.org . At this event, Kathryn Leva will present a Fun With Flowers demonstration and raffle.
