About

Mission: To improve our community through volunteer service including philanthropic, educational, cultural and social events for members and the community.

The Hopkinton Women’s Club was organized in 1920 and was admitted to the Women’s Club State Federation in 1920 and to the Women’s Club General Federation in 1926. To learn more about the General Federation of Women’s Clubs of Massachusetts click here:  Click Here

Our primary fundraising project is the compilation, publication and distribution of the annual Hopkinton Community Register. We raise money by soliciting advertisers for the Register. We receive a Boston Marathon charity bib and our runner raises money for the club. We also sponsor community events and we participate at both PolyArts and the Holiday Stroll.

Profits are donated to the community through scholarships and awards to Hopkinton students and to numerous charitable organizations in the community through Project HOPE (Hopkinton Organization for Positive Endeavors). Link here to see a complete list of our past advertisers.

General Meetings are normally the second Monday of the Month From September to June.  Meetings start at 9:30am with a coffee social, followed by the general meeting from 10:00 – 11:00 and a program from 11:00 – 12:00.  All meetings will be at the Hopkinton Public Library and will be hybrid with in-person and Google Meet.  You don’t have to be a member to check us out and to attend a monthly general meeting. So come see what we are all about! Click here to learn more about what we do and our scheduled events.

The organization is run by the Executive Board and Committees.  Board meetings are normally the first Monday of the Month.  Committees meet as needed.  Link to committee list

Annual membership fees are $40, or one half if joining between January 1st and March 31st.  Link here information on how to join.

In addition to the monthly general meeting, the Club organizes monthly social events to museums, movies, and other places of interest.  Members often enjoy a casual lunch after the event.

Joining the Hopkinton Women’s Club is a great Way to meet new friends, participate in community events and contribute to the success of Hopkinton.
